Any clients using, purchasing or requesting services from this website explicitly acknowledge that an herbalist is not a licensed medical doctor, physician, psychologist, or primary healthcare provider. Herbal services, consultations, and suggestions provided by Myra Shanderson directly or through 'Healing Herbs by Myra,' are purely educational, instructional, and complementary in nature.

Any clients who receives any services from Myra Shanderson or from the Healing Herbs by Myra website, understands and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the participation in these consultations and the choice to use any recommended herbs or lifestyle suggestions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, You, the client release, waive, and hold harmless Myra Shanderson and Healing Herbs by Myra, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any physical injury, adverse reaction, or damage to person or property resulting from the services or products provided.

NO MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT.

The clients understand that any information, suggestions, or herbal formulations discussed during consultations are intended to support overall health and wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental disease, medical condition, or symptom. I agree that I am not seeking, and have not received, medical advice or a medical treatment plan.

PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN RELATIONSHIP.

The clients acknowledge that herbal consultations do not replace the services of a licensed physician or conventional medical treatment. Myra Shanderson and the Healing Herbs by Myra team, strongly advises me to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider and to discuss any herbal suggestions, lifestyle modifications, or supplements with them before use. I agree that I will not stop or alter any prescribed medications or medical treatments without consulting my physician.

You, the client(s) understand that natural products, plants, and herbs carry the inherent risk of side effects, individual sensitivities, or allergic reactions. I acknowledge that herbs can actively interact with over-the-counter and prescription pharmaceutical medications. I agree to accurately and fully disclose all known allergies, medical histories, and currently used medications to Myra Shanderson (Healing Herbs by Myra). I assume all risks associated with the consumption or application of any suggested herbs.
